By accessing or using Assisted Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including interviewers, hiring teams, sales professionals, and enterprise accounts.

2. Description of Service

Assisted Voice is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides real-time answers during conversations. The service includes features such as AI assistant creation, document management, session history, and credit-based usage.

3. User Accounts and Credits

To use Assisted Voice, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Credits purchased are non-refundable but never expire. Enterprise accounts may have different terms as specified in their service agreements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Assisted Voice in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the service to:

  • Violate the rights of any third party.
  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Assisted Voice and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Assisted Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated answers will be correct in all situations. You are responsible for verifying information before making decisions. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but we retain anonymized usage data for analytics.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
